Quality is our guarantee! We are dedicated to bringing you products that you will fall in love with, however, we understand the nature of cosmetic products and realize that there are times you will need to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your product we want to know! We’re happy to hear your opinion and recommend products that may be a better fit for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Although some customers do see results after only one jar, noticeable results are typically expected within 6-8 weeks of using the B-Tight mask. Each jar is measured to last 3-4 weeks when used as directed on the booty.
We guarantee results after at least 45 days of daily use as directed. If you do not see results after 45 days of use, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange of another product of your choice from our website.
- This guarantee is valid for up to 60 days from delivery date
- For your return to be accepted, you must include with your return shipment a valid QR code that will be given to you by email from our customer service team
- This policy is only valid for order made through maelyscosmetics.com. Items purchased from other resellers cannot be exchanged with us
- This policy is only valid for first time customers of the B-Tight mask
- All containers must be returned whether empty, partially used, or unopened to make any exchanges
- There are no refunds, only exchanges
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and customs fees. You are welcome to choose whichever courier you prefer, just be sure to pack the items properly to ensure that your return arrives undamaged. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. Please do not mail any packages CoD (collect on delivery) as they will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving your package, please check to make sure that all items from your order are present. If you receive damaged or defective products, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of how you received the package. We will send a replacement of the damaged item at no cost.
If your order appears to be lost, we advise you to contact us by email within the first 14 business days of placing your order for US orders and within 30 days for international orders and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If your package is listed as delivered according to tracking information, but you still have not received it please contact us in a timely manner via email and we’ll be happy to assist you. Orders that are returned to us due to invalid shipping information can be resent, however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
