HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning on March 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET through June 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), you may enter the Great Get-Up Hunt Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) in one of the following ways:
(a). Online Entry with Purchase (Sticker Code Method)
During the Promotion Period, purchase a MAËLYS “GET UP” product (the “Product”) at a participating Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (“Ulta Beauty”) retail location in the United States or at ulta.com. Some Product units will contain a special promotional sticker (a “Sticker”) inside the packaging, which may be gold or silver colored for promotional effect. Each Sticker includes or is associated with a unique entry code (the “Code”).
To enter using a Code:
Scan the QR code on the Sticker during the Promotion Period.
Complete the entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Upload a photo of your sticker and valid Ulta Beauty receipt showing purchase of a MAËLYS GET UP product during the Promotion Period.
(b). You can also enter by mailing a postcard to Maelys Cosmetics USA Inc. and providing the following information: full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Mail-in entries must be sent to Maelys at the following address and must be received by April 29, 2026: MAELYS – GET UP GOLDEN Sticker SWEEPSTAKES, ATTN: AMOE, 265 HACKENSACK ST PMB 162, WOOD RIDGE, NJ 07075-1253. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry, except for employees of Maelys Cosmetics USA Inc. ("Sponsor"), Ulta Beauty,, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

DRAWING: Prizes will be awarded first to eligible participants who (i) purchased the Product at Ulta Beauty during the Promotion Period, (ii) found a sticker inside the Product, and (iii) timely completed the prize claim and verification process set out in these Official Rules. Finding a gold or silver Sticker gives you the right to claim the corresponding prize, but you will not be confirmed as a winner unless you meet all eligibility requirements and provide all required documentation (including, where applicable, your original Sticker and original Ulta Beauty receipt) by the prize claim deadline of [Prize Claim Deadline - Dec 31, 2027]. If, after the prize claim deadline, one or more prizes remain unawarded because no valid and timely Sticker claim was received or verified for that prize (for example, because no Sticker holder submitted a claim or all such claims were disqualified), Sponsor will conduct a random “second-chance” drawing on or about (Second Chance Drawing Date January 20, 2027) for such unawarded prize(s). The second-chance drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period from participants who submitted their details in accordance with these Official Rules and who have not already been confirmed as winners of a prize. Odds of receiving a prize as a Sticker holder depend on the number of eligible Sticker claims received and verified by the prize claim deadline. Odds of receiving a prize in any second-chance drawing depend on the number of eligible non-winning entries in that drawing and the number of unawarded prizes, if any. Potential winners will be notified by email (and/or phone) and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted), and any required tax forms within three (3) days of the date notice is sent, or by any later date specified by Sponsor. Failure to respond in time or to provide the required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor may advertise this Sweepstakes on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc. (dba Facebook and/or Instagram) or TikTok Inc. (dba TikTok). Further, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Promotion Parties. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the release in this Section shall also apply with respect to all of the parties listed in this section and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives as additional Promotion Parties. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The failure of Sponsor or any Promotion Party to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, disease, pandemic, epidemic, other natural disaster, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules and the Promotion Parties shall have no liability to winner, winner’s guest, or any entrant as a result of the effects of such force majeure event, including with respect to the awarding or fulfillment of Sponsor’s prize obligations. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the entry form.

PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One (1) travel voucher or travel credit issued by a travel provider selected by Sponsor, with a total value of Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $10,000). The travel voucher/credit may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the travel provider, including blackout dates, advance booking requirements, routing restrictions, and cancellation/change policies. Travel must be booked and completed by December 31, 2026, or the Grand Prize (or any unused portion thereof) may be forfeited. Secondary Prizes: Nine (9) winners will each receive: One (1) “Morning Routine” prize package awarded as physical products, gift card(s), and/or digital code(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with a total value of up to One Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $1,197). Total of all Secondary Prizes: US $9,000. Total of all prizes: US $19,000. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. If a prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize will constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner, and no additional or compensatory compensation will be awarded related to the unavailable prize elements.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Beginning on March 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET through April 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), you may enter the GET UP HUNT Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) in one of the following ways:
(a). Social Media Entry (Product Hunt Method): During the promotion period, purchase
MAËLYS GET UP (the “Product”) from a participating Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (“Ulta Beauty”) retail location in the United States.
Keep your purchase receipt.
Create a photo or video (the “Content”) that shows either:
- you searching for the Product in-store (e.g., walking the aisles, checking the shelf, holding the Product once found), or
- the Product at your home (e.g., unboxing, showing the Product, or a short clip featuring the Product).
Post the Content to your public Instagram account during the Promotion Period.
To complete your entry, submit/upload a clear photo or screenshot of your Ulta Beauty purchase receipt as instructed.
In your post:
Tag Sponsor’s official account on Instagram: @maelys_cosmetics and @ultabeauty; and Include the hashtag [#maelysgetup].
Your account must be set to “public” at the time of entry and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow verification for winner selection for your entry to be eligible. Stories, direct messages, or posts on private accounts will not be considered valid entries.
The content of the photo or video must comply with these Official Rules and with the applicable platform’s terms of use and community guidelines. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that it deems inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand values.
(b).You also may enter by mail. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their account settings allow Sponsor to contact them and that they check their messages (including “message request” or spam folders).Each potential winner may be required, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and any required tax forms, within three (3) days of the date notice is sent or such later date as Sponsor may specify. PRIZE: Fifty (50) winners will each receive: One (1) mini MAËLYS GET DREAMY product; and One (1) cosmetic bag. Approximate Value of each prize: US $32. Total of all prizes: US $1,600. The prize consists only of the items expressly listed above. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize by winner is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not specifically stated as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
