The following are the terms and conditions ("Official Rules") of the GET-TAUT promotion ("Promotion"), which is sponsored by MAËLYS Cosmetics USA Inc., (“Sponsor”, "us" or "we" or "our").
By participating in the Promotion, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any and all other terms and conditions relating to the Promotion. In the event you do not agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Terms, or any amendments thereto, you must not participate or otherwise take part in the Promotion and you shall withdraw or discontinue your participation in the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER
Beginning on October 5, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM ET through October 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), purchase GET-TAUT Body Firming & Hydrating Mousse-To-Oil (“GET-TAUT”) at maelyscosmetics.com/get-taut-challenge-so or maelyscosmetics.com/get-taut-challenge-agg and follow any on-screen instructions to complete your entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; see the Alternative Method of Entry below. During the Promotion Period, each one-time purchase of GET-TAUT earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, and each Subscribe & Save subscription of GET-TAUT earns two (2) entries. There is no limit on the number of entries a person may receive; however, each entry (other than an entry submitted under the Alternative Method of Entry below) must be supported by a qualifying one-time purchase or subscription of GET-TAUT. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar method to enter, or any attempt to enter through multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an effort to circumvent these rules, may void the affected entries and result in disqualification.
Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your first name, last name, telephone number, mailing address, and email address on a 3" x 5" card or postcard and mail it in a sufficiently stamped envelope to: MAËLYS Cosmetics USA Inc., Attn: GET-TAUT Sweepstakes, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 25, 2026, and received by November 3, 2026. Each complete mail-in entry received will be awarded one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and is subject to all eligibility and entry requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Notwithstanding our Terms of Use, you may return your GET-TAUT within thirty (30) days of delivery. If you return or request a refund for a GET-TAUT purchase used to earn entry into the Promotion, the corresponding entry or entries will be automatically forfeited and void. Sponsor shall have no obligation to notify you of such forfeiture.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry, except for employees of MAËLYS Cosmetics USA Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to ask you at any time to provide us or our designated third parties with additional information, such as, but not limited to, proof of your age, identity, or residency in order to participate. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documents, we may exclude you from the giveaway and any prizes or privileges may be forfeited without compensation of any kind.
DRAWING
A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 3, 2026 by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to live stream the drawing or announce the winners on any social media platform or other medium. Potential winner will be notified by email and, except where legally prohibited, must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and release within three (3) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By participating in the giveaway, you hereby consent to Sponsor’s usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast, online usage or for any other advertising and promotional purpose in any medium whatsoever without payment of any additional consideration: your name; voice; likeness; biographical information; participation in the giveaway and prizes won. Each entrant hereby grants MAËLYS a perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, right and license to use any or all of the foregoing in any manner as determined by us in our sole discretion. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the drawing may be live streamed and that the winner’s name and likeness may be publicly announced on social media or other platforms, and waives any claims related thereto.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's likeness and provided biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents ("Releasees") harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; or (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission of the services or the Promotion. The Sponsor may advertise this Promotion on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other medium. By entering into the Promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to your or any other user’s participation in the Promotion. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc. (dba Facebook and/or Instagram) or TikTok Inc. (dba TikTok). By entering this giveaway, each entrant agrees that the release in this Section shall apply also with respect to all of the parties listed in this section and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives as additional Promotion Parties. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The failure of Sponsor or any Promotion Party to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, disease, pandemic, epidemic, other natural disaster, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules and the Promotion Parties shall have no liability to winners, or any entrants as a result of the effects of such force majeure event, including with respect to the awarding or fulfillment of Sponsor’s prize obligations. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the online entry form.
PRIZE
One (1) grand prize winner will receive $5,000 (five thousand U.S. dollars) in cash; five (5) additional winners will each receive $1,000 (one thousand U.S. dollars) in cash; and ten (10) additional winners will each receive one (1) Apple iPhone 18 Pro (Silver, 256 GB), with an approximate retail value of $1,199 each, or the equivalent cash value at Sponsor's sole election. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $21,990. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All prizes are personal to the winner and are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Without limiting the foregoing, the Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. If a prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize will constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner, and no additional or compensatory compensation will be awarded related to the unavailable prize elements.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
PRIVACY
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.maelyscosmetics.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant will be added to Sponsor’s email marketing list and may receive promotional emails from Sponsor. Enrollment in the marketing list is not a condition of entry or of winning, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or as described in the Privacy Policy above.
WINNERS LIST
For the name of the prize winners, available after December 7, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 10 below.
