"Very unhappy. I’ve emailed twice to exchange product with no reply. Product is not for me. I just don’t like the burning sensation. I wanted to exchange with a different product but now I just don’t think I want to. Unless they reply to my emails. I wish I read the comments on their Instagram instead of just the “reviews”."
